Biography
Stefan Tachev, MD, FACP, is a board-certified nephrologist providing comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease at Clinical Renal Associates’ Exton location.
Dr. Tachev earned his medical degree from the Medical University of Sofia; completed both his residency training in internal medicine and his fellowship in nephrology at the Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Tachev’s care philosophy is grounded in compassion and precision: “I strive to deliver high-quality kidney care with compassion, respect for our patients and their families, and attention to detail.”
